Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
At my studio, I value your time and strive to provide every client with the best experience possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies:
✧ Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please understand that last-minute changes affect not only my schedule, but other clients as well.
✧ Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service to avoid overlapping with the next client.
Clients who are 15+ minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a no-show.
✧ Emergencies & Grace
I get it — life happens. If there’s an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can.
